Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. Please check your inbox (or spam folder) for this confirmation. If you haven’t received anything within a few hours, feel free to contact us.

Your order confirmation email will contain your order number. Enter it on this page along with the email address you used to place your order.

Sometimes the above method doesn't work as intended. In this case, we recommend using the tracking option (which will be sent to you a few days after placing your order). Once the package has arrived at the airport in the destination country, delivery will take an additional 4-7 days.

Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to info@elwoodlane.com as soon as possible with your name, the order number you received in the confirmation email (e.g., #0000), and the reason for canceling your order. This can be done within 8 hours of placing your order; unfortunately, it is no longer possible after that.
